A Charleston County man and his girlfriend are accusing a North Myrtle Beach hotel of failing to alert some of its guests about a gas leak in May, leading to the man getting sick, according to a new lawsuit.
The lawsuit, filed in Horry County Circuit Court on Tuesday, states that Ronald Cromwell and Monique Ancrum had been staying overnight with Cromwell’s son at North Beach Resort & Villas when on May 10, there was an overnight gas leak on the fourth floor of the resort.
