COLUMBIA — Two lawsuits over the ownership and management of a pair of South Carolina charter school campuses are set to be settled, according to federal court records.
Their resolution will allow the schools, the Mevers School of Excellence and Berkeley Preparatory Academy, to buy their own campuses.
