‘Dinosaur’: Nearly half-ton, 14-foot reptile captured after four-year chase

(NewsNation) — A monster alligator in South Carolina finally met its maker on Monday.

A 14-foot, 844-pound alligator named Snaggletooth was hauled from Lake Moultrie, just north of Charleston, ending a four-year-long pursuit for it.
