CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Concerns are growing among residents at The Magnolia by Trion Living, where one tenant says disruptions to basic services and property upkeep have made living conditions increasingly difficult.
Jim Quisenberry, who has lived at the complex for seven years, said problems have worsened since Trion Living took over property management two years ago. “We want to be in the know. We want to know what’s going on,” Quisenberry said.
