CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) – Rep. James E. Clyburn (D, SC-06) is visiting Charleston and North Charleston on Wednesday for two community outreach events. In the morning, Clyburn is visiting Eagles Nest Elementary School in North Charleston in recognition of the impact of vision alongside representatives from Vision to Learn and the Dorchester School District Two Superintendent Shane Robbins.
