CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The Charleston Police Department is looking for a man wanted in connection to multiple property crime investigations. Quantero Phillips, 30, is wanted for second-degree burglary, three counts of financial transaction card theft, three counts of financial transaction card fraud, two counts of property crime enhancement and breaking into a motor vehicle, police said on X, formerly known as Twitter.
