CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – Authorities are responding to a crash on Hwy 78 near the Ladson area Thursday morning.
The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office issued a traffic alert around 7:37 a.m. for Hwy 78 eastbound at College Park Rd.
Officials say the vehicle collision has caused Hwy 78 eastbound at College Park Rd to be down to one lane. Deputies ask drivers to use extra caution in the area.
