McCLELLANVILLE, S.C. (WCSC) – A man deputies say led them on a high-speed chase through Awendaw and McClellanville faces multiple charges. James Seabrook was charged with failure to stop for blue lights, driving under suspension, improper lane usage, failure to signal, wearing a mask and resisting arrest, according to jail records.
