NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The American Red Cross is helping a Berkeley County family whose home burned down Thursday night. The fire, at a home on Kimbell Road, displaced four people, the agency said. It is helping those four victims by providing resources such as clothes, food vouchers, medical assistance and possible next steps on a place to go.
