The K9 worked with the Explosive Devices Team from 2011 to 2018, and he served at special events, conducting protective sweeps and aiding in explosive-related calls, said CPD.

During his retirement, Tinto spent his time with Sgt. Haithcock’s family. CPD wrote in a statement on X, formerly Twitter, that Tinto left an impact on all who knew him.
