NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The North Charleston Police Department has opened an investigation into a homicide that took place Saturday night. Harve Jacobs, the spokesperson for NCPD, said officers responded to the 2800 block of Otranto Road around 6:30 p.m. following reports of a single-vehicle collision in which a car crashed into a fence and a tree.
