NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Berkeley County deputies say a man is facing charges after a chase Saturday night ended in a crash on I-26. Devonta Gabrial Frasier, 28, is charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and failure to stop for blue lights and sirens, and faces five offenses cited by the Highway Patrol, deputies said in a Facebook post. The post also states Frasier had outstanding warrants from Berkeley County for failure to stop for blue lights, failure to change address and operating an unregistered vehicle; and two outstanding warrants from Hanahan.
