CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office has issued a traffic advisory for Hwy 78.
Deputies announced around 2:40 p.m. that all lanes were blocked in front of the fairgrounds due to a two-car collision.
