NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) – Save A Lot, a discount grocery chain, will open a new store in North Charleston. According to a press release, the new store will be located at 5060 Dorchester Road. It will officially open on Feb. 1 and a ribbon-cutting will be held at 10 a.m.
