CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) – A man wanted by the Charleston Police Department in connection to multiple property crime investigations has been located and taken into custody. Quantero Tiswann Phillips, 30, was arrested and is facing several charges, including but not limited to damaging or tampering with a vehicle, burglary, breaking into fuel tanks, breach of peace, financial transaction card theft, and fraud.
