CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – A Greenville County family is seeking $10 million claiming a fraternity at the College of Charleston hazed their son. The lawsuit, filed Monday, names the Sigma Chi fraternity, College of Charleston’s Iota Epsilon chapter of the fraternity, the college and several members from the chapter.
