SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCIV) – Dorchester County officials say a warming center will be open in Summerville Saturday night. Seacoast Church Summerville will have their warming shelter open from 7 p.m. Saturday evening through 7 a.m. Sunday. Men, women, and families are welcome, but the center does not have accommodations for animals.
