CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – A man accused of dumping trash and starting fires along one West Ashley road is facing more charges following multiple recent brush fires. William Whitfield, 43, is charged with willingly burning the land of another, dumping litter on private or public property and damage to real property.
