ISLE OF PALMS, S.C. (WCIV) – The Isle of Palms Police Department (IOPPD) has issued a reminder that stealing and vandalizing political signs are illegal. According to the IOPPD, anyone caught taking, removing, or vandalizing signs from a public right of way or private property may face misdemeanor charges that carry a fine of up to $1,000 or 30 days in jail.
