SC State student charged after campus lockdown

ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WIS) – A student was charged after South Carolina State University (SCSU) received a report of shots fired in an academic building, according to the school. SCSU officials said campus police responded and arrested sophomore Rolando J. Ifill, 19, in a foot chase. Ifill, of Charleston, was charged with carrying a firearm on school property with more charges pending.
