ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WCSC) – South Carolina State University officials say a student is facing a new charge in connection to shots being fired in an academic building. Rolando J. Ifill Jr., 19, of Charleston, is charged with assault/attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime, SC State spokesman Sam Watson said.
