NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The North Charleston Police Department says one person is dead following a crash on Interstate 526 Sunday. The crash happened around 5:30 p.m. in the westbound lanes of I-526 near Leeds Avenue, spokesperson Harve Jacobs said. The crash involved a tow truck and a pedestrian.
