NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) – The Charleston County Coroner’s Office has identified the two victims of a fatal two-vehicle collision in North Charleston Sunday evening. Niy’Aisha Haynes, 18, from North Charleston, and Tavares Simpson, 18, from North Charleston, both died on the scene of the collision that happened on Dorchester Road at approximately 7:26 p.m.
