Mail goes undelivered after carrier bitten by dog in N. Charleston neighborhood

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The residents of one North Charleston neighborhood say their mail hasn’t been delivered in weeks after a dog bit a mail carrier. Those who live on Irving Avenue first noticed they hadn’t been getting their mail around the end of January. They say that’s because their mail carrier has been bitten by a dog twice on their road.
