CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston Police Department announced a collision on Johns Island has left one person dead.
Officers are on the scene at the intersection of Main Road and Maybank Highway, responding to an auto-pedestrian collision.
No other information was given on injuries.
Extended road closures are in effect near the intersection. MAIT is also on the way to responding to the collision.
