HOLLYWOOD, S.C. (WCIV) – The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) arrested a suspect in connection with a fatal hit-and-run in January. Tyerel Lamar Brown, 27, is charged with leaving the scene of a collision with death. He was booked at the Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center on Feb. 12 and released the following day on $150,000 bond, according to the CCSO.
