NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) – 27-year-old Urgiles Arreaga of Charleston was identified as the pedestrian fatally hit by a tow truck Sunday afternoon in North Charleston. According to the Charleston County Coroner’s Office, Arreaga died on the scene at 5:30 p.m. due to blunt force injuries sustained from being struck on I-526.
