NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) – A 15-year-old was arrested by the North Charleston Police Department Thursday in connection to a homicide in late 2023. The male juvenile is linked to a Christmas Eve shooting in the 8200 block of Windsor Hill Blvd. He is the second juvenile to be arrested in connection with the homicide.
