NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) – The North Charleston Police Department is investigating after 12 French bulldog puppies were stolen from a North Charleston residence. The puppies, reportedly worth between $32,00 and $37,000, were stolen by five masked individuals from a home on Bream Road on Tuesday, Feb. 13, according to a police report.
