CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) – One person is dead following a Friday evening shooting, the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office said. Around 10 p.m., at the 6200 block of Maybank highway on Wadmalaw Island, one person was found by deputies suffering from at least one gunshot wound, the sheriff’s office said.
