NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The North Charleston Fire Department is investigating after responding to an outdoor fire near an area shopping center. Assistant Chief and Public Information Officer with NCFD Christan Rainey says fire crews were dispatched Sunday morning to an area near the Festival Centre shopping plaza on Ashley Phosphate Road.
