FOLLY BEACH, S.C. (WCIV) – Folly Beach is one step closer to a highly anticipated pedestrian safety project. The City Council approved the first reading of next year’s $17 million budget Tuesday, most of which will help fund different “public works” projects to ensure safety for drivers and pedestrians.
