CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – A man has been arrested on gun and drug charges after a traffic stop by Charleston Police. Police say Abraham Isaac Varns, 40, of Charleston, is charged with trafficking cocaine, possession with intent to distribute Ecstasy, simple possession of marijuana, felony possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm during a violent crime.
