MONCKS CORNER, SC (WCIV) – Berkeley County School District will be giving away bookbags and school supplies at the OneBerkeley Back to School Festival Saturday, Aug. 3. The district is welcoming students back and easing the school shopping stress by giving away a few thousand bookbags that have been stuffed with basic school supplies. The distribution is based on a first come first served basis.
