NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C (WCIV) – A dog has been exposed to rabies after coming in contact with a bat that tested positive for the virus. The South Carolina Department of Public Health confirmed Friday that a bat found near Long Shadow Lane and New Ryder Road in North Charleston, has tested positive for rabies.
