CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) – The City of Charleston will hold a press conference on Aug. 3 at 6 p.m. ahead of impacts from Tropical Storm Debby. Mayor William Cogswell, Charleston Police Chief Chito Walker and Charleston Fire Chief Dan Curia will hold the press conference at the Gaillard Center.
