CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Tropical Storm Debby is moving north, exiting the Lowcountry after making landfall near Bulls Bay in Charleston County, early Thursday morning. Scattered rain and a few downpours will continue to be possible today as moisture wraps around on the backside of our tropical system. Breezy conditions are expected also with gusts 20-30 mph. A few downpours will continue to be a possibility tonight before a return to a more typical summertime pattern beginning Friday. Afternoon and evening storms will dominate this forecast from Friday through the weekend with highs in the low to mid 90s.
