NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) – The victim of a hit and run that took place Friday August 2 has died,according to North Charleston police spokesperson Harve Jacobs. The hit and run occurred at Dorchester Road and Leeds Avenue where North Charleston Police officers responded at approximately 1 a.m., according to a police report.
