CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – One family is looking for answers after their loved one’s casket came up from the ground at Monrovia Cemetery as a result of flooding. Monrovia Cemetery is located next to Interstate 26 near downtown Charleston. Over 1,000 people have been buried at this cemetery since the late 1800s when it opened.
