NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – One person is dead and an intersection has been closed after a crash between a car and a motorcycle. North Charleston Police spokesman Harve Jacobs said officers responded to the intersection of Ashley Phosphate Road and Windsor Hill Boulevard just before noon Saturday regarding the crash.
