LIST: Charleston roads closed due to flooding

Update: All roads are reopened.

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD)—Nearly 20 spots are shut down in Charleston after thunderstorms brought in rain, causing a flood advisory.

The flood advisory was issued for Charleston County and is in effect until 5:45 p.m. Do not drive through flooded roads. To report flooding, call the National Weather Service at 888-383-2024.

Closures:

  • Ashley Avenue: Between Bull St. and Calhoun St. and Daughty St. to Calhoun St.
  • Morris Street: West of Coming St.
  • Ogier Street: At Calhoun St.
  • Romney Street: Between Meeting St. and King St.
  • Spring Street: At Hagood Ave.
  • Vandehorst Street: Between Smith St. and Rutledge Ave.
