CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The Charleston Police Department has arrested one man in connection with a series of car break-ins and motor vehicle thefts in West Ashley. Jalen Stuckey, 18, is charged with resisting arrest, possession of a stolen handgun, seven counts of breaking into a motor vehicle and three counts of grand larceny.
