CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The Charleston Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a person they say assaulted a victim at a West Ashley bar. Police say on Aug. 3 at around 9:45 p.m. a victim was reportedly hit multiple times with a microphone stand at the Tin Roof on Magnolia Road.
