CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – If you have travel plans consider arriving at the Charleston International Airport a little earlier as they announced extended wait times at TSA.
Starting Friday the TSA checkpoint will be down to six lanes as the airport installs a new x-ray machine.
According to the Charleston International Airport, these wait times will continue until September 12.
Officials urge travelers to plan ahead and arrive early.
