SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCIV) – Summerville police walked away from weekend DUI checkpoints with 53 citations issued and two arrests, local law enforcement reported Tuesday. The Summerville Police Department conducted traffic checkpoints Saturday evening to curb dangerous and intoxicated driving.The DUI checkpoint was located at North Maple Street and Stallsville Loop.
