NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – North Charleston Police say a man has been arrested and charged in connection to multiple car break-ins following a foot chase early Sunday. North Charleston Police Department spokesman Harve Jacobs says officers responded around 3:45 a.m. to Wylie Drive in Northwood Estates following reports of an attempted car break-in.
