CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – We’re starting our Friday with rain free conditions but that may change for some as we head through the day. An increase in moisture with a stalled frontal boundary offshore will lead to a slightly better rain chance today. Spotty rain and a mostly cloudy sky is expected with highs in the mid 80s. Over the weekend, we expect a better chance of a few showers and storms with highs in the low 80s. There will be plenty of dry time both Saturday and Sunday.
