GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (WCIV) – A car ran off the road and crashed into a fence in Goose Creek Friday, according to two ABC 4 photographers who witnessed the incident. The crash occurred near Highway 52 at Liberty Hall Road, the exact location of an incident involving a train hitting a tractor trailer hauling a tank Thursday.
