CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Expect delays on Folly Road as the Wappoo Cut Bridge is stuck in the ‘up’ position, according to police.
The Charleston Police Department reported a malfunction with the bridge around 3 p.m. on Friday.
Police say drivers should expect delays and use alternative routes.
A time for fixing the bridge was not provided.
