CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Witnesses are reporting a large first responder presence in West Ashley Tuesday night. Officers with the Charleston Police Department are on scene of a crash at Glenn McConnell Parkway at Wildcat Boulevard. At least one person was hurt in the crash, according to Charleston County Dispatch.
